SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

All items will be dispatched within 1 – 2 business days of receiving your order unless you are notified otherwise by email.

New Zealand (non-rural) – Delivery normally takes 1-2 business days after dispatch.

New Zealand (rural) – Delivery normally takes between 2-4 business days after dispatch.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship most items tracked by Aramex Couriers or NZ Post depending on what items you have ordered. All free shipping merchandise items, are sent via NZ Post standard letter service. There is no tracking for free shipping items. All posters and prints are shipped in rigid crush-resistant spiral bound cardboard postal tubes with end caps. Blockmounts go in specially designed cardboard packaging.

SHIPPING COSTS WITHIN NEW ZEALAND

Any Merchandise items priced less than $10 are shipped for FREE

Notebooks $7.00

Mugs / Drinking Glasses $14

All size Posters and Art Prints $15 (for any quantity shipped as one order)

3D Posters, Wallpaper Murals, Wooden Wall Art $15 each item

Blockmount Urban North Island $24 (for 1 or 2 shipped together)

Blockmount Urban South Island $28 each

All Rural Delivery Addresses incur an extra charge of $9 on top of the basic courier fee.

SHIPPING COSTS OUTSIDE NEW ZEALAND

We will quote for any orders received from outside of New Zealand. Delivery is long, slow and expensive unless you pay for courier which is pricey. Any items shipped offshore will be at your own risk. Koolpix cannot offer any guarantee for items shipped beyond New Zealand. At this point, we are unable to ship Blockmounts internationally, just posters, prints or merchandise.

DAMAGED ITEMS & REFUNDS

We take every care to ensure that all orders are sorted and packed to arrive in perfect condition, however on rare occasions an incorrect or damaged item may be delivered. If you are not completely happy with your order please contact us within 3 days of receipt by e-mailing info@koolpix.co.nz quoting your order reference number and a brief explanation of the problem.

We will contact you within 48 hours to advise you of the steps you need to take. In the meantime, please don’t return the item to us until you have had a response, as we may ask you to just send us a photo detailing the issues with your order. We aim to please 100%  so will send a replacement or process a refund if required as soon as possible, but in some circumstances, Koolpix reserves the right to request the return of the item before issuing a replacement or a refund.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We make every effort to make sure our product descriptions are as detailed as possible. If you have a question about our products or are unsure about the item you wish to purchase then please feel free to contact us at info@koolpix.co.nz prior to making your purchase – we are happy to help.

Please choose carefully as Koolpix will not provide you with a refund or exchange if you have simply changed your mind. We are of course committed to meeting our obligations under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act of 1993 for any faulty products.
